Discrimination on the Basis of Religion
Approved by the Board of Directors July 8, 2003 as an addition
to Section A.1 of the manual Personnel Policies for Non-Ministerial Paid Staff
The Church does not discriminate in hiring on the basis of religion, except
for positions in which religious orientation may be a bona fide occupational
qualification (e.g., Director of Religious Education).
