Overtime Pay for Hourly Employees
Approved by the Board of Directors July 8, 2003 as an addition
to Section B of the manual Personnel Policies for Non-Ministerial Paid Staff
If an hourly employee works for the Church more than eight hours in any twenty-four
hour period, the hours in excess of eight are compensated at 1½ times
the regular hourly rate.
